ANG 861 Vocational Workshop for Civilian War Disabled and Physically Handicapped

The Angolan Secretary of State for Social Affairs (S.E.A.S.) wishes to expand their programme for the disabled in order to meet the needs of the large and growing number of civilian war disabled. S.E.A.S. requested DW to assist them. Special focus was put on workshop planning and the adaptation of technologies to the particular needs of the handicapped and to available local resources.
